PRIORITIES
As a candidate for Palmetto Bay Council Seat 3, my priorities are guided by one simple principle: put residents first. I believe in protecting your tax dollars, keeping our community safe, preserving the character of our neighborhoods, and ensuring city services remain reliable and efficient. With experience, strong relationships, and a commitment to transparency, I am running to bring thoughtful, responsible leadership to Palmetto Bay — leadership that listens, plans ahead, and puts the community first.
Protect Your Tax Dollars
Every dollar matters, and residents deserve confidence that their hard-earned tax money is being spent responsibly. I believe in disciplined budgeting, full transparency, and long-term financial planning that protects Palmetto Bay today and into the future. As Council Seat 3, I will support clear oversight, responsible contracts, and data-driven decisions — ensuring funds are allocated where they make the greatest impact, not wasted on inefficiency or unnecessary spending. Fiscal responsibility isn’t just good policy — it’s respect for our residents.
Put Residents First
Local government should work for the people who live here — not special interests or outside agendas. Decisions must be guided by community input, open dialogue, and common sense, with a focus on what truly benefits Palmetto Bay families. I believe in listening before voting, engaging residents early in the process, and ensuring everyone has a voice. When residents come first, trust grows — and better outcomes follow.
Preserve Our Charm

Strengthen Public Safety & Support Law Enforcement
Public safety starts with strong relationships and real support for those who protect our community. With nearly two decades of experience working closely with local law enforcement, I understand the importance of communication, trust, and accountability. As Council Seat 3, I will work to strengthen collaboration with the Palmetto Bay Police Department, advocate for the resources officers need to do their jobs safely and effectively, and support modern strategies that improve response times and community policing. Keeping Palmetto Bay safe means supporting our officers while ensuring transparency and professionalism at every level.
